Quotation Request — Marine A-Class Fire Doors for Offshore Accommodation Module
Hello,
We are a resident contractor based at a shipyard in Singapore, currently sourcing joiner doors for a marine/offshore accommodation module fit-out project, and would like to request a quotation for the following fire-rated door sets:
A60 Fire-Rated Doors, single leaf — 1 set.
A0 Fire-Rated Doors, single leaf — 15 sets.
B0 Fire-Rated Doors, single leaf — 30 sets.
C-Class Fire-Rated Doors, single leaf — 26 sets.
Master Key Set — 1 shipset (covering all of the above door sets).
Door Accessories (door closer, vision glass, panic bar, door catcher, SUS trolley plate, kick plate, etc.) — 1 shipset.
All door hardware needs to be confirmed as available in the US market.
Could you please provide:
Your best current pricing for each door class and quantity, and for the master key set and accessories shipsets.
Estimated lead time / availability for this scope.
Confirmation of certification — USCG 46 CFR 164.136/MED (Fire Doors, A-Class) type approval, and ABS Classification/Type Approval — along with relevant product data sheets and certification documents.
Confirmation that door hardware (closers, panic bars, locksets, etc.) is available through the US market/supply chain.
Delivery to Singapore (we are based at a shipyard in Tuas, Singapore) — please advise if you ship internationally or work through a regional distributor.
