    We are MARTEC and we are dealing with the preparation of Inventory of Hazardous Material.
     
    We have been requested to proceed with IHM Part I preparation for the vessel with following details:

    TYPE: BULK CARRIER
    SHIPBUILDER: IMABARI SHIPBUILDING CO. LTD
    HULL NO.: S-H529
    DATE OF BUILD: 05 NOVEMBER 2008
     
    After carefully studying the plans/manuals of the above mentioned vessel,
    we found that on board we have the below materials from your company.

    Please find below types :

    a) Bulkhead
    i) B15 – B0 Insulation Type BIP W - 151
    b) Ceiling
    i) B0 Insulation Type BIP C – 613
    c) Partition Lining Ceiling
    i)         Low Flame Surface Material “ BIP LAMINA “
                                                                                                                                                                                                               
    Please revert with any Material Declaration for above materials or if you have any chemical composition analysis.
