(Velosi), are working on behalf of PTT Exploration and Production (PTTEP) in collecting Manufacturer data for PTTEP new Approved Manufacturer List Project as refers to the attached letter. As BERVIK products were in Vendor Lists of some of PTTEP assets and at the moment, PTTEP is consolidating all Vendor Lists and creating a Central Approved Manufacturer List for all of their Assets, thus, requires all vendors to submit basic information for PTTEP records.
